We back our products with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects (Limited Lifetime only for Lifetime cables - coming soon to plugies.com). We want you to feel good about making a Plugies purchase and knowing that we have your back. Please follow these simple instructions for a warranty replacement:
- Customer with warranty claim(s), please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating issue with supporting images.
- Plugies will decide if damaged product needs to be shipped back to Plugies for inspection. If Plugies decides that the damaged cable needs to be shipped back to Plugies for inspection, Plugies will provide the pre-paid shipping label unless:
- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Plugies quality control to be in working condition
- Returning defective items in international shipping
Warranty is only applicable to the life of the product and no other products.
Limited warranty means it's limited to only one warranty replacement. Warranty replacements are subject to Plugies' discretion on whether or not they will be eligible for an extended warranty replacement.
Once the damaged or defective product is received and or a replacement approved, Plugies will ship to the customer a replacement cable of same model or comparable model if not available within 72 hours. Customer pays shipping and handling $4 per cable for domestic US shipments (subject to change due to any increase in freight costs). Payment can be made with Paypal by sending $4 per cable to Paypal account email email@example.com.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Non quality-related issues
- Free products
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
